Which information to change in the ticketing system when taking a case

Log in on http://methods-berlin.com/en/cases/.
Information on user and password are contained in the email.

Two fields need changes when you take over a case: 1) Consultant, and 2) Status
To change them, click on the open case and follow the respective instructions below.

1) Consultant

Here you have to type in your name.

2) Status

There are two ways to change the status from “open” to "".

Way 1

Click on “close” and then on “Confirm” in the new window.

Way 2

Change “Ticket Status” from “offen” zu “geschlossen”.
